HOW IT ALL BEGAN

In the 80’s and 90’s, Designer Jennifer George cultivated a loyal private clientele who found her clothing and style advice indispensable.  This clientele followed George as she began to help some of her industry contacts sell-off their excess inventory at discount prices.  This is how THE LIST was born.

 

All these years later, THE LIST, formerly Jen-X Sample Sale, has grown into a high volume, invitation only Designer Sale service that gives every customer the key to shopping like a fashion insider.

 

We work closely with each Designer to create a unique environment for their “friends and family” end-of-season sale events and shoppers on THE LIST get a VIP pass into this special world.

 

Each season, our family of clients rely on us to help them maintain a well-curated wardrobe.  Not only will our experienced sales staff help you with sizing and selection, but you will never wait in lines, nor wade through boxes of mystery clothing.

 

Based in NYC, THE LIST hits the road a few times a year, offering this unique shopping experience to non-New Yorkers.
